DC - Logan Circle

One of the hippest places to live in the district, Logan Circle, Washington, DC is a small, dense northwest neighborhood. The types of homes include late 19th century Victorian row-houses (many of which are now converted condos). These are the centerpiece of the middle-upper-class neighborhood with a cadre interior. You'll also find renovated homes and new high-rise apartments in Logan Circle, which is located between the neighborhoods of Dupont Circle and Shaw. Logan Circle is bordered by S St. to the north and 10 St. to the east, and M St. to the south. You might say it combines old-world opulence with what has been described as an "energetic zing". Logan Circle is the only major circle in the downtown Washington area that is entirely residential (around the traffic circle).
